The Good

• Size: 1U rackmount.
• Price: incredible flexibility and functionality at a much lower price than comparable routers.
• Processing power and throughput: BGP-4 routing with DS3 capability—that says it all.
• Security: SSH, ipchains, iptables and FreeS/WAN.
• Support: rock-solid, very knowledgeable support staff combined with free software upgrades for the life of the product (I feel like I am in Wonderland).

The Bad

• Manual (or rather lack thereof): there is not nearly as much documentation for this router as for a Cisco, partly because if you know Linux you don't need most of it. Basic documentation can be found on-line at support.imagestream.com/Manuals.html.
